Description
The country name is derived from the nomadic Burgars who came from Asia. It is located in the eastern part of the Balkans, bordered by Romania in the north, Serbia and Macedonia in the west, Greece and Turkey in the south, and the Black Sea in the east.
Since ancient times, this region has been a transportation hub connecting the eastern Mediterranean and Asian with western and central Europe.
